Steno Challenges RETHINK THIS

Challenge yourself by reading steno outlines, catching words in audio/video files and more!  Some of these are VERY challenging, others just mildly so.  You can do some, none or all of them, and all can be attempted as many times as you want.

Catch the Word: Rain by Robert Louis Stevenson

The following audio is read by a Librivox volunteer.  Librivox is a fabulous non-profit organization offering thousands of public domain audiobooks all read by volunteers from around the world.  It's a fantastic source not only of audiobooks to listen to, but to practice steno to!  Note there's a brief Librivox blurb at the beginning and end of each audio.  It lasts 8-10 seconds, which should be long enough to get your hands back on your keyboard after hitting the play button.  Don't write words that are in the intro or the ending blurb, just the actual poem.

THE rain IS raining all around,
IT falls on field and tree,
IT rains on THE umbrellas here,
And on THE ships AT sea.
